Thank you for shopping with Ghost Bear Art. We’re committed to getting your footwear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including California, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:

Shipping times begin after your order is processed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account at ghostbearart.com.
Ghost Bear Art is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather, strikes, etc.).
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier and then email us at support@ghostbearart.com so we can help investigate.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Ghost Bear Art is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
